In 2007 the Littleton Fire Department responded to 1246 calls, which is a increase of 23 calls (2%) over the previous year. The breakdown of calls is shown in the table below, including the delta in each catagory from the previous year.

Over 100 hours of in-house fire and EMS training was provided by the department to its members. In addition, many members participated in outside training activities hosted by the Massachusetts Firefighting Academy, local hospitals, and other training institutes. The department is proud to offer the Town of Littleton and the surrounding area well-trained and well-equipped personnel to respond to almost any type of incident in which life or property is in danger.
