The Rescue is a 2002 GMC C-series chassis with an EVM custom built body and seats 6 personnel. It is second due to motor vehicle accidents with entrapment and other rescue incidents. It also responds to working structure fires for lighting, rehab, and other support functions.

The Rescue carries a variety of equipment including:

6000 psi cascade system
13 kilowatt hydraulic generator
Wil-Burt light tower
two portable tripod-mounted flood lights
various air bags and rescue struts
portable water pump
o2 tanks for rehab
climate-controlled command desk/area
thermal imager monitor/receiver
various hand tools
Stokes basket
large cache of incident support vests, portable radios, etc.
all equipment required for a class V ambulance
